Denman Prospect is located in Molonglo Valley, north of Wright and Coombs on John Gorton Drive.
The estate will ultimately provide for some 4,000 dwellings. The LDA has identified three stages for the delivery of Denman Prospect:
- Stage 1 (approx 2,000 dwellings)
- Stage 2 (approx 1,200 dwellings)
- Stage 3 (approx 1,000 dwellings)
With spectacular views, two proposed school sites and its own local centre for shops and amenities, Denman Prospect will be a highly desirable suburb to live in.
The civil works for the 401 single residential blocks in Stage 1A of Denman Prospect is expected to be completed mid 2016. The civil works for Stage 1B will be undertaken by Capital Estate Development and will include approximately 600 single residential blocks plus around 1,000 medium to high density dwellings. Of the estimated 2,000 dwellings across Stages 1A and 1B a minimum of 20% will be affordable housing including 72 public housing dwellings.
Denman Prospect Stage 1

Denman Prospect Stages 2 and 3
The LDA is currently working on designs and approvals for Denman Prospect Stages 2 and 3. It is anticipated that the first releases will be in 2017.
