Supplier Information

LDA Suppliers

The LDA strives to ensure an ethical and professional approach in all its dealings.
All staff are employed under the Public Sector Management Act 1994 and abide by the ACT Government Code of Conduct 2012.
The Agency follows Whole of Government requirements when purchasing goods and services. This means that we seek:
at least one oral quote from a supplier if the goods are less than $25,000
three written quotes for purchases over $25,000 but under $200,000, and
invite public tenders if the total estimated value of the purchase is $200,000 or over.
The ACT Government also uses Whole of Government panels and schemes for services such as marketing and valuation services. These panels are open to appropriately credentialed businesses.
At the LDA we monitor our procurement processes to make sure that all suppliers in Whole of Government panels and schemes receive equal opportunities to tender for services they are qualified to deliver.
The current panel for Commercial and Residential Property Agents expires on 30 June 2017 and a new panel is being established and will be in place by 1 July 2017. The LDA will use this panel to purchase services from suitably qualified service providers.
Businesses interested in becoming a pre-qualified supplier on a Whole of Government panel or scheme can register with Tenders ACT.
All questions relating to panel arrangements and processes should be directed to: [email protected]
Information on contracts greater than $25,000 may be viewed on the ACT Government Contract Register via the Procurement Solutions website.
For further information, please contact the LDA on (02) 6205 0600 and ask to speak to the relevant division, or email [email protected]
