The Land Development Agency is pleased to present Canberra’s newest industrial estate, New West Industry Park, strategically located off the Monaro Highway in the industrial hub of Hume.

When complete, New West Industry Park will offer 34 sites totalling approximately 34ha of developable space. To be developed in three stages, the finished Industry Park will offer a diverse range of site uses and block sizes.
