Over-the-Counter Land Release May 2012 - Bonner, Wright and Harrison Four

The Land Development Agency and Colliers International are excited to announce an Over-the-counter sale of blocks in Bonner, Harrison Four and Wright.

This sale is open to all, with the opportunity to purchase up to two blocks per person. Some of the available blocks are land ready so you will be able to start building your dream home straight away! The Land Rent option is also available on all blocks in the sale.

How to register for an appointment

To secure your opportunity to purchase one of these blocks in Bonner, Harrison Four or Wright, we invite you to review the current list of blocks available via the link below, and call Colliers International on 1800 123 230 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday to make an appointment to select a block. Appointments to purchase will now only be taken by phone and not email.

Please be advised that appointments to select a block with Colliers International as part of this Over-the-counter sale must be made by 5pm Thursday 31 May 2012. No appointments will be accepted after this time and the over-the-counter sale will be complete.

Please note: Some blocks on this list are currently on hold and may not be available for selection at your appointment. Should more blocks become available during this Over-the-counter sale, any updates to the block list will occur on Tuesday of each week throughout the event, with the last Tuesday being 29 May 2012.
